The following resources are available for urgent (non-emergency) after hours support:
- Santa Clara Crisis Line – (855) 278-4202
- 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline – dial 988

PATIENT PORTAL – Login to the
patient portal
to manage your appointments, join telehealth sessions, and complete paperwork.
If you don't have a portal account yet or have forgotten your password, please contact me at
lauren@varmapsych.com.
-
REFILL REQUESTS – Please ask your pharmacist to transmit a request electronically (e-prescription) or send me an email at
lauren@varmapsych.com.
Plan ahead, as the office is closed on weekends and holidays.
-
APPOINTMENTS — You may schedule online in the
patient portal
or email the office to schedule an appointment. Please consider booking several appointments in advance, as my schedule does get full (usually 3–4 weeks going forward). Initially, meeting every 1–2 weeks is optimal, and we will begin to space out appointments as symptoms improve. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows me to offer the time to another client. No shows or cancellations / changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to the full appointment fee.
